Platinum Paintball's Store Policies

 

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

 

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

 

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

 

Platinum Paintball's Warranty:

 

The different paintball  manufacturers have their own warranties on their guns (see Manufacturer Warranty below). Platinum Paintball does not warranty any of their paintball guns or accessories. If there is a Manufacturers Warranty, it will be included in the box you receive with your purchase, otherwise there is no warranty, either expressed or implied, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you enjoy these sports you will experience, and should expect breakage, malfunctions, and damage to the equipment. It’s just part of the sport. The equipment is subject to wear out, jam, strip, or break, let alone the field abuse, or damage from rain, dirt, sand, dropping it, or a fall that may happen during a skirmish. Inexperience with the mechanics, or proper usage of paintball equipment also increases breakage or damage. Paintballing is a fun, adrenalin pumping, athletic sport, but is tough on the equipment.


 

Manufacturer's Warranty:

 

All of the products we carry have a manufacturer's warranty of some kind. They vary in length from 30 days to 1 year. One company even has a limited lifetime warranty on its products. Platinum Paintball does not provide its own warranties. All warranty repairs will be provided by the manufacturer of the product. If your product is in need of service, you need to contact the manufacturer directly.

If you need to send in your product to the manufacturer, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

 


Manufacturer's Defect:

 

If you notice a manufacturers defect that diminishes the performance of the product, you should immediately ship back (within 24-48 hours) of receiving the product, follow the instructions found at the Manufacturer's website listed below.

Damaged Shipments:


Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

 

 

How Do I Return/Exchange My Product? 

 

Returns and exchanges are reserved for customers who received the incorrect product.  We do not exchange or return products you ordered correctly. 

 

Any return or exchange will be processed at the time we receive the item(s) in question. We are obligated to verify that any claim for return or exchange is valid before moving forward with any kind of refund, credit, or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for any refund or credit to show on your credit statement or account.

 

Note: If we receive your item and confirm that it is the correct product ordered by you, up to a 15% restocking fee will be assessed before any refund or exchange is given. It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to verify that you order a product you truly want. 

 

 

Return Merchandise Policy :


Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to PlatinumPaintball@gmail (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

 

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

 

 

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

 

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.


  1. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
